Photoshoot FloJa Foundation 2018

I had a photoshoot today at the FloJa foundation in Ngara, Malawi, for the new calender for the year 2019.

The FloJa Foundation offers pre-school and primary education to about 80 children between the ages of 3 and 7. The 'FloJa' children who from the age of 6 go to the Primary school in Ngara, come every afternoon for another 2 years for further training at the foundation.

Oxfam Novib 2019 Joy postcards

A few months ago Oxfam Novib asked me if they could buy one of my photos for the Joy 2019 postcard collection. I didn't have to think twice about their question and decided to donate this photo.

Oxfam Novib has been working on poverty alleviation since 23 March 1956. In more than 60 years they have grown into the largest international movement against poverty. Oxfam Novib is part of Oxfam International, a confederation of 20 development organizations working in 93 countries.

Today I received a message that the collection is ready and for sale. If you are interested in the Oxfam Novib 2019 Joy postcards, click on the image below.

Morri 2 Africa

Today we had a visit from Laura Morrison, driving a 1958 Morris Minor 1000 from Aberdeen (Scotland) to Cape Town (South Africa). In memory of her father and for the benefit of cancer research, Laura started the 20.000 kilometer journey.

I asked Laura if I could take some pictures of her and her funny blue little car, named Charlie.

Please have a look on her website to follow her fantastic initiative on www.morri2africa.com.
